For over twenty years, Cocoon® has offered tantric massage workshops that bring together tantra, shamanic breathing and tantric massage initiation. A living training to connect body and consciousness, near Paris and in immersion in the Drôme.
Two tantra workshop formats
Choose the rhythm that suits you: a gradual weekend cycle, or a full immersion week.
Summer immersion workshop — Drôme
An immersion week at Hameau des Meysonniers, in the Drôme: Vital Breath shamanic breathing, tantric meditations and rituals, and daily initiation to tantric massage with hot oil.
Immersion workshops are also offered abroad (Thailand), in partnership.
Where the workshops take place
How a tantric massage workshop unfolds
Each day alternates moments of meditation, rituals from tantra, the "Vital Breath" shamanic breathing and the gradual learning of tantric massage. Touch is approached as a language: conscious, slow, meditative, in an attitude of presence and letting go.
The teaching is gradual: the complete structure of the massage is discovered over the five weekends, then becomes fluid during a second cycle. The aim is not technical performance, but a quality of presence and relationship with oneself and others.

Who are these workshops for?
Cocoon®'s tantric massage workshops are open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, to single people and couples. No prior experience is required. A preliminary phone interview is requested before each registration, to make sure the setting and intention match your path.

- How much does a tantric massage workshop cost?
- Each weekend of the cycle costs €230 for the teaching. Full-board accommodation is invoiced separately by the venue: €220 per weekend. The 7-day summer workshop in the Drôme costs €650, plus €700 for full-board accommodation.
- Where do the workshops take place?
- The weekends take place at La Vallée Rose, in Goussainville (Eure-et-Loir), 60 km west of Paris. The summer workshop takes place at Hameau des Meysonniers, in Chanos-Curson in the Drôme. Immersion weeks are also offered in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
- Is the equipment provided?
- Yes, all massage equipment is provided for the workshops.
