Awakening the state of consciousness.

Ayurvedic massage

The Ayurvedic massage is rooted in the basic principles of the multi-millennial Indian traditional medicine called Ayurveda, « the knowledge of longevity ».

Promoting the elimination of toxins caused by poor diet and pollution.

The Ayurvedic massage is preferably practised on the floor, with warm oil applied to the naked body. It stimulates our different energy points called Marmas and, in parallel, the various elements of our body — air, water, fire — organised according to three systems: VAT (nervous and hormonal systems), PITT (digestive and enzymatic systems) and KAPH (fluids).

Valuable support in cases of fatigue, insomnia and depression.

The Ayurvedic massage is a complete massage, both gentle and toning, relaxing and energising. It allows you not only to manage stress usefully, but also to penetrate your deep being through the meditative work on the chakras (energy crossroads).

The Ayurvedic massage in practice

Rooted in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, this warm-oil massage is given at home, in Paris and the close suburbs. Practised preferably on the floor, it alternates gentle and tonic rhythms: you come out of it both relaxed and re-energised, with a sense of a unified body. It is an excellent first step for anyone discovering energy-based approaches to touch.

It differs from the Chinese Tuina massage, which focuses on the meridians and circulation, and from the tantric massage, which works on vital energy and presence to the body as a whole. Depending on what you need — recovering, reviving your energy, or exploring more deeply — one or the other will suit you better; feel free to discuss it when booking.

A session costs 200 € (see all prices). The testimonials and the videos tell better than we can what these sessions bring; and to go further, discover the residential tantric massage and tantra-shamanism workshop.
